A picture-frame brand, run by software
Designed and operate a consumer brand across six Amazon marketplaces. Automated listings, pan-EU inventory, repricing, and EU product compliance (GPSR, GS1) — coordinated end-to-end without a manual ops team.
A searchable brain over years of files
An indexing pipeline over cloud drives and email with OCR and multilingual embeddings. Daily vectorization keeps it current; anyone can retrieve the exact answer from the entire corpus in natural language.
Voice to clean text, for cents
A speech-to-text pipeline with LLM cleanup, re-architected to swap models on the fly and cut cost to a fraction of a cent per event — roughly a 7× reduction — with no loss in quality.
